What is an embroidery template?
An embroidery template is a hand-drawn outline design that you transfer onto fabric and stitch in your own way, using your choice of stitches, threads, and colours.

Is this a full embroidery pattern?
These designs are provided as outline templates rather than traditional embroidery patterns. They do not include stitch maps or thread guides, allowing you to approach each design creatively and make it your own.

Many templates are accompanied by a step-by-step video tutorial where I share the stitches and techniques I used to complete the design.

Why don’t your templates include stitch instructions?

Every stitcher has their own style and preferences. By providing a simple outline template rather than a fixed stitch guide, Bonjour Embroidery encourages creativity and allows you to interpret each design in your own way.

Can beginners use these templates?
Yes. The designs are created to feel approachable for beginners while still offering plenty of creative freedom for more experienced stitchers. If you are just starting, I also share beginner-friendly guides and tutorials to help you build confidence.

What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive a digital PDF file (A4 format) containing your embroidery template. This is an instant download and no physical item will be shipped.

How do I use the template?
Simply print the template, transfer the design onto your fabric, and stitch using your preferred techniques, colours, and stitches.

What size are the designs?
Most templates are designed to fit a 7″ (18 cm) embroidery hoop. If needed, you can resize the design before printing.

Can I sell embroidery made using these templates?
Yes, with a commercial licence. A separate licence must be purchased if you wish to sell finished embroidery pieces created from Bonjour Embroidery templates.

Can I share or resell the template?
No. Templates are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

Where do I access my files?
All purchases are processed through platforms such as Payhip or Etsy. After purchase, you will receive a download link directly from the platform.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be offered. However, if you experience any problems accessing your files, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.
