Frequently Asked Questions

What is an embroidery template?
An embroidery template is a clean outline design that you transfer onto fabric and stitch in your own way, using your choice of stitches, threads, and colours.

Is this a full embroidery pattern?
No — these are simple outline templates and do not include step-by-step stitch instructions or thread guides. This allows you to approach each design creatively and adapt it to your own style.

Can beginners use these templates?
Yes. The designs are created to feel approachable for beginners while still allowing flexibility for more experienced stitchers. If you’re just starting, I also share beginner-friendly guides and tutorials to help you build confidence.

What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive a digital PDF file (A4 format) containing your embroidery template. This is an instant download — no physical item will be shipped.

How do I use the template?
Simply print the template, transfer the design onto your fabric, and stitch using your preferred techniques.

What size are the designs?
Most templates are designed to fit a 7” (18 cm) embroidery hoop. You can resize the design when printing if needed.

Can I sell embroidery made using these templates?
Yes, but only with a commercial licence. A separate licence must be purchased if you wish to sell finished physical embroidery pieces made from the templates.

Can I share or resell the template?
No. The templates are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

Where do I access my files?
All purchases are processed through platforms such as Payhip or Etsy. After purchase, you will receive a download link directly from the platform.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available. However, if you experience any issues, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

Where can I find tutorials?
You can find embroidery tutorials and inspiration on my YouTube channel. I also share guides and resources through my newsletter.
